The wines in this shipment have been hand-selected by our Tasting Panel.

They have been crafted to be decanted and enjoyed now, or be cellared for future enjoyment. 

We do recommend waiting a few weeks to allow the wine to recover from any 'bottle shock' in transit. 

Then feel free to enjoy one bottle, and cellar the other for a later date.

Tasting notes:
The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Mountain Estate Vineyard is a dark, brooding wine. A terrific example of Sonoma Cabernet, the 2016 possesses superb textural richness and intensity to match its dark, somber profile. An infusion of inky dark fruit, gravel, smoke, iron, game, dark spice, leather and licorice runs through this super expressive, rugged Cabernet Sauvignon from the Fisher family's Mountain estate.

Wines are 100% estate grown and produced. The estate is farmed by highly respected vineyard manager Mike Wolf and wine made by Leo Tellez who has been with Sodaro Wines over 10 years.

Dark and concentrated with aromas of blackberry, black currant, ripe fig, cocoa, and tobacco leaves. Pure complexity, vibrant, and focus with layers of lush dark fruit, the finish is juicy and succulent, the refined young tannins ensure long healthy aging.
