Tasting Notes:
An unbridled, youthful quality of plum, black cherry and olallieberry fruit that is balanced by an elegant layer of cedar, tobacco leaf and Thai basil in both the nose and on the palate. A bit headstrong, and beautifully balanced, this velvety, unctuous Cabernet embodies the best of the vineyard. With its perfectly ripe fruit, just the right amount of oak and rich tannins, the 2014 Frisson Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon should enjoy a good, long life.
