- Located in the heart of Sonoma Valley, it’s the oldest operating winery in Glen Ellen, producing rich, concentrated wines from 100-year-old vines. In 2012 a small lot winery was added to focus on estate-driven wines – our Madrone Wines. The winery also features a new tasting room, patio, picnic area and bocce court.
- Tasting Room open daily 10 am to 5 pm. Last tasting begins at 4 pm.

Tasting Notes:
Expresses pleasing aromas of cinnamon, black pepper and roses, accented by raspberry fruit. A rich, velvety entry leads to the inviting fruit flavors of ripe plum, cassis, cinnamon stick and a bright finish with a hint of baking cocoa. This Barbera is flavorful and light-bodied, while dense-in-fruit at the same time. It is a “juicy” red wine with a bright finish and due to the high acidity, pairs really well with rich, fatty foods and high tannins, thus making the dish complete.
